What is MM2H?

MM2H is a conditional long-term social visit and multiple-entry arrangement. It does not confer permanent residence or citizenship, and buying a home does not secure approval.

This page compares the three regular federal tiers, with a separate SEZ/SFZ link. Different programmes and local conditions must not be conflated.

THREE MAIN CATEGORIES

Programme terms are not a promise of a single endorsement period; passport validity and renewals apply. Participation fees are not the total cost, and price thresholds do not replace local foreign-purchase rules.
